Peach Lemonade

Ingredients:

  • lemon juice – 200–250 ml
  • peaches – 5–6
  • lemon zest
  • sugar – 150–200 g
  • water – 1.5 l
  • ice

Method:
Bring the sugar, lemon zest and 0.5 l of water to the boil together, simmer for a few minutes, then leave to cool. Blend the peaches until smooth. Combine all the ingredients. Add ice to the finished drink before serving.

Homemade Cherry Lemonade

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 litres water
  • half a lemon
  • 300 g cherries
  • mint leaves
  • 80 g sugar
  • 25 g ginger

Method:
Simmer the cherries, sugar and 500 ml water for 7–10 minutes. Add the mint, ginger and juice of half a lemon. Once the syrup has cooled, top up with still or sparkling water to taste.

Raspberry Lemonade

Ingredients:

  • 1.2 litres water
  • 1 lemon
  • 200 g raspberries
  • 2 sprigs fresh mint
  • 120 g sugar
  • ice cubes

Method:
Blend the raspberries with the lemon juice, then whisk and pass through a sieve. Add sugar to the raspberry purée and blend again. Stir in the mint and water, adjusting to taste.

Cucumber Lemonade

Ingredients:

  • 1 litre sparkling water
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1.5 large lemons
  • 200 g cucumber
  • fresh mint and basil leaves
  • ice cubes

Method:
Blend the lemons and cucumber together. Add 4 leaves each of mint and basil, along with the sugar. Blend again and strain through a fine sieve. Top up with sparkling water to taste.

Brazilian Lemonade

Ingredients:

  • 2 limes
  • 750 ml water
  • 150 g condensed milk
  • ice cubes

Method:
Place the lime pieces in a blender together with the water, condensed milk and ice. Strain through a fine sieve or cheesecloth to remove the peel.
